University of Sheffield was founded over a hundred years ago on the aspirations and financial support of the people of Sheffield. It has been named as one of the 100 ‘most international’ universities by The Times Higher Education in 2016. The University of Sheffield is a global university with over 120 nationalities represented on campus and also hosts an International Faculty, CITY College, based in Greece’s second largest city, Thessaloniki, which offers undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD level qualifications to students across the Mediterranean area and Balkans.
